In Quaffs, a Club is your very own place to stay connected with those people who are affiliated with you or share similar taste. As a Club owner, you can post quick announcements, broadcast a blog to everyone in your Club, share photos in beautiful lightbox and start discussion topics.
As long as you are a member of Quaffs, you can create a club. Start by visiting the Club tabs at the top of this page and to create a club, simply click on the 'Create a Club' button! Quick and easy steps will be there to guide you through the process of setting a club.
Visit the club homepage and search for the club that you want to join. Once you found the club, click on the 'Join Club' button on the home page that is just below the club’s avatar. Depending on the privacy of the club set by the creator, you would either automatically join the club, or wait for the admin to approve your request.
Just visit the homepage of the club, scroll over to the 'Club Control Panel', and select the 'Leave the Club' button.
You are able to see announcements, Wazzups and photos posted by the admins of the club. Participating in topic discussions in the club is also something you can do in the club.
You are able to post quick announcements, Club Wazzups, Club Photos and create discussion topics. You are also able to remove members from the club.
As a creator of the club, you have the access to the club settings (which determines the description of club and whether Quaffs members can view your club) and have the power to appoint members as admin. Admins or members do not have these access.
It really depends on how much control you want over the club. If you want to have better control over the members and club settings, it is best to start your own club!
For best optimization, the club banner should be 740 px by 80 px and the club avatar should be 178 px by 178 px. Best picture format would be jpeg, gif.
Do take note that only the creator and admins of the club have the power to do so. Visit the gallery tab and on the right, you get to see the 'Helpful Links'. Select the 'Photo Manager' button. From there, select the respective photo that you want to set as banner/avatar/background. Refresh the page to see the new results.
Again, do take note that only the creator and admins of the club have the power to do so. At the 'Photo Manager' page (refer to the answer for the above Question on how to get there), simply click on the respective link to remove custom background or avatar.
Simply click on the 'Members' tab where all the members will be shown. As a creator of a club, you have the power to remove the position of an admin, appoint a member as an admin, or remove anyone (admins and members) from the club. If you are an admin, you only have the power to remove members from the club.
